"We had a wonderful first visit and were so satisfied with all the care and attention our dog Gus got from Uptown Vet. From our first call, we knew we found the perfect fit for us. The front desk folks listened to our needs and helped arrange an appointment quickly, arranged to get our dog’s medical records and texted us a confirmation of everything we talked about. Senior dogs can be especially challenging and ours is no exception. The doctor spent so much time with us reviewing our dog’s records and history, asking questions and listening to everything we had to say. She took her time and was so caring and compassionate. Even our follow up questions the next day were handled quickly and professionally. Thanks Uptown Vet for being there for us when we were new to the area and needed quick attention for our baby!!! We had the best experience we could have wished for."
